Good afternoon Calverton families,

We are excited for our annual B meet at Robin Hood! Our spirit - theme of Red, White, and Blue continues!  We will meet out front of Robin Hood Pool and walk in as a team at 5pm.

Swimmers should arrive at 5 pm and check in with Coach. Please review with your swimmer the events they are entered in for the meet to help prepare them for the meet.

Location/Parking

Our address is 225 Mowbray Road. Robin Hood will save some parking for our team in our main lot but it will fill up quickly. Please tell your team that our over-flow parking is at Westover Elementary School 401 Hawkesbury Lane. Westover is on the corner of Locksley Lane and Hawkesbury Lane. After you park at Westover if you cross Locksley Lane there is a walking path that will lead you straight to the pool (see the green line on the map below). It is less than a 2 minute walk. If you park on any neighborhood streets, you must park on the right side of the road.

Robin Hood Warm-Ups: 5:00-5:20 AM

Visiting Team Warm-Ups: 5:20-5:40 AM

Officials and Timers meetings

Officials' Meeting: 5:25 AM meet at the Pavilion near diving well

Timer Meeting: 5:45 PM meet at the Pavilion near diving well

Meet start: 6:00 PM

Food and Concessions

We will be selling Raising Canes, and also chips, candy, drinks, etc. and accept both cash and Venmo. A hospitality table will be available for volunteers in the Pavilion at the half.

Meet Programs: The heat sheet is attached to this message. They will not be selling programs at the meet.

Pool Layout: The Calverton team area is located to the right of the Pavilion/on the basketball courts. There is a small covered pavilion in the team area, but you may want to bring a pop-up tent for additional shade if needed. The wading and baby pools will remain closed throughout the meet. Thank you!

Clerk of Course: Located next to the diving well in front of the Pavilion.

Some Pool Rules: Please remember to respect the rules of our host, we are guests at Robin Hood:

• Only volunteers should be in the Pavillion during the meet
• We ask that kids stay off the volleyball court during the meet
• We ask that kids stay off the playground set during the meet
